Tomorrow: 10/28 Book Signing from 1-3 by Frances McMaster

FrancesMcmasterPortrait 3Retired psychotherapist, Frances McMaster, will be signing copies of her newly released book “Blue Pebbles and Other Gifts of Spirit; Dreams, Intuition and Synchronicity” at El Progresso Memorial Library on Wednesday, October, 28 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. McMaster uses a life-time collection of her own dreams and life experience to show that dreams have meaning. Paying attention to one’s dreams helps develop self-awareness, which is the first step to personal growth. Dreams can serve as an inner resource to uncover one’s potential as a human being.

The book explains how to remember and understand the language of dreams. McMaster also addresses intuition and unusual coincidences, all of which she believes can be seen as guidance from a Higher Source.

Also available for signing will be her mystery/romance “Death Plays the Lead”, in which a body is found on the amphitheater stage at Fort Clark Springs. The self-appointed detectives search for the murderer while egged on by an anonymous caller, an elderly woman who insisted they should “look to the past” for the murderer. The investigators fall in love during the process.

Mrs. McMaster practiced in Houston, and her husband, Eric, handled national advertising for the Houston Chronicle before moving to Fort Clark Springs upon retirement. They were both active in St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and the Brackettville Rotary Club. The setting of her mystery is the Fort Clark-Brackettville-Uvalde area. Her most recent book includes references to time spent at the Fort as well as Wimberley, Texas where she now lives, having moved there 4 years ago after being widowed, to live near her son.
