The Leakey City Council held its regular meeting last night.  Mayor Pro Tem, Carl Jensen, called the meeting to order.  The absence of Mayor, Jesse Pendley, led the council to postpone the meeting until next Monday November 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

I presented the council with the information I had prepared regarding a noise ordinance.  You can see the documents here (Letter to City Noise & Noise Ordiance ).  Other items on the agenda, participation in the source water assessment and protection program and discussion regarding land acquisition for new city water well will be discussed at the rescheduled meeting.
